After receiving her BA in Interior Design, Catherine worked for one of the leading international hospitality design firms. Her extensive portfolio includes premier hotels, spas, clubhouses, themed restaurants, and luxury residences ranging from local Atlanta projects to foreign hotspots like Beijing. Well-versed in all aspects of the design process, her responsibilities include FF&E and architectural finish selections, custom furniture and lighting design, specification, and documentation. Catherine excels at technical proficiency and detailing while having a strong aesthetic point of view. Catherine’s professional and personal interests are diverse – she is a food connoisseur and loves to travel. She enjoys experiencing new cities and finding the “gems'' of restaurants & hotels. She is a lover of architecture and an understanding of how things work. With previous experience as a Design Manager for Hilton’s Curio, DoubleTree, Tapestry, and flagship Hilton brands in North America, she has expertise working collaboratively and proactively with both operators and ownership groups to ensure projects remain in line with overall project missions and initiatives while achieving a high sense of functionality and aesthetic quality. Working in a value-added approach, she aims to provide strategic recommendations to improve the inherent value of the hotel asset through elevated design, mindful of schedule and budget. Paired with her ability to guide and develop a project through all phases of design, Stacey’s unique experience enables her to assess a project from all points of view; including owner, operator, and guest. In her downtime she enjoys hopping on the Beltline and exploring all the new restaurants and parks Atlanta has to offer.
